Jamaican Rum Cake

  • Our rich fruit cake comes laced with Wray & Nephew white rum and ruby wine. As standard all the fruits are minced and soaked in liquor to emphasize flavour & moisture. More rum is added during the bake, once cooled cakes are glazed with a white rum syrup.
  • The cakes are delicious straight up, or can be finished with a covering of apricot jam, white marzipan and a fondant topper, or fully covered with white marzipan, and fondant.
